This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a scaffold of the license terms that will govern your installation and use of the Scriba software (“Scriba” or the “Software”). Final terms will replace this scaffold prior to launch.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Scriba grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial legal-study purposes.
2. Restrictions
- You will not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
- You will not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- You will not use the Software to submit AI-generated work in violation of your school’s honor code or academic-integrity policy.
3. Ownership
Scriba and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Software. Your content remains your content; see the Terms of Service for the license you grant us to operate the service.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
